1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Equity Crafts Nepal website, products, quotations and orders ("the Service"). Equity Crafts Nepal ("we", "us", "our") is a handmade smoking-glass accessories manufacturer based in Kathmandu, Nepal. By browsing the site, requesting a quote or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Age requirement
Our products are intended for adults of legal smoking age only. You must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to browse, request quotes or order. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not sell to minors.
3. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful business purposes, including reviewing our catalog and requesting wholesale quotations. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or submit false or fraudulent inquiries. Product images are illustrative; because every piece is hand-blown, small variations in color, size and detail are normal and are the mark of handmade work, not defects.
4. Products & orders
Equity Crafts Nepal primarily supplies wholesale and custom buyers. An inquiry or cart submission is a request for a quotation, not a binding contract. An order becomes binding only when we accept it in writing (a proforma invoice or order confirmation) and you have confirmed payment terms.
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by product: many in-stock items ship in small quantities, while custom and private-label runs carry a higher minimum. Lead times for in-stock items are typically a few days; custom designs and sampling usually take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and volume. We will confirm MOQ and lead time with every quote.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including orders we believe may breach applicable law in the destination country.
5. Pricing & payment
All prices are quoted in the currency shown and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees in your country — these are the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise in your quote.
Payment terms (methods, deposits for custom or private-label runs, and balances before dispatch) are specified on your proforma invoice. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
6. Shipping & delivery
We ship from Nepal with discreet, protective packaging and full export documentation. Shipping methods, carriers and estimated transit times are confirmed with your quote. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or events beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on hand-over to the carrier (FOB origin) unless a different Incoterm is agreed in writing.
7. Customs & import compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that importing, possessing and reselling our products is legal in your country, state or locality. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit smoking accessories. You are solely responsible for any import permits, duties, taxes and customs clearance, and for any legal consequences of importing our products.
We will not be held responsible for shipments seized, returned or destroyed by customs due to local restrictions. Please check your local laws before ordering.
8. Returns & refunds
Because our products are handmade and shipped internationally, our returns policy is agreed per order on your invoice. As standard: please inspect shipments on arrival and report breakage or defects within 7 days with photographs. We will replace, credit or re-ship genuinely defective or transit-damaged items as agreed. Custom and private-label runs are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
9. Intellectual property
All site content — branding, text, product photography and designs — is owned by or licensed to Equity Crafts Nepal and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute or pass off our images or designs as your own. Private-label and custom designs created for a buyer remain subject to the terms of that specific agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equity Crafts Nepal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or service. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Hand-blown glass is fragile; use and transport it with care.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
